DAY BY DAY ITINERARY

Day 1 (MUST ARRIVE ON SATURDAY): ARRIVE ISTANBUL

Arrive In Istanbul Airport (IST) and transfer to the hotel with a tour Assistant. After that, today is your resting day. Overnight in Istanbul

Istanbul hotel: VICENZA HOTEL or similar

Day 2 (SUNDAY): ISTANBUL – (Domestic flight)-ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA (B, L, D)

Hotel check out.

A breakfast box will be prepared and transfer you to the airport for the domestic flight to Ankara.

After arrival at Ankara, the tour starts in the morning from the airport. Visit the Hittite Museum and Mausoleum of Atatürk. After lunch drive to Cappadocia. Dinner & overnight Cappadocia.

Day 3 (MONDAY): CAPPADOCIA – KAYSERI- (Domestic flight) – ISTANBUL (B, L)

After breakfast, check-out at hotel.

Then visit to the underground city of özkonak & citadel of Uchisar. After lunch continue with the valley of Goreme & open-air museum. The last sites will be Dervent valley and Avanos. After that, transfer to Kayseri airport for your evening domestic flight to Istanbul.

After arrival in Istanbul, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

Day 4 (TUESDAY): ISTANBUL-BURSA-ISTANBUL (B, L)

After breakfast, transfer to Bursa.

Bursa is a former capital city and the 4th largest city in Turkey, with a population of more than 3 million. It is renowned for its culture, historical sites, manufacturing, and its reputation as a market city.

In this Tour, you will have the opportunity to explore the miraculous touch of nature, the place where history beats at the heart of the Ottoman Empire, and our city, which possesses the most naturally significant texture for Turkish tourism.

This tour will begin by picking you up from your hotels and then heading towards to the Osmangazi Bridge or FERRY for crossing of Izmit Gulf.

You will have the opportunity to visit the HISTORICAL INKAYA TREE (Sycamore or plane), which is over 610 years old.

Lunch will be served at a delightful restaurant located at the foot of the mountain, offering a delicious mixed grill. Next, we will visit ULUDAĞ MOUNTAIN, which is not only the most advanced and popular destination for winter sports in Turkey but also the most popular mountain in the country. You will have free time for skiing, enjoying the snow, and riding the chairlift. You can also enjoy Bursa and the mountain via a cable car. We will ascend the mountain by bus and return to downtown Bursa by cable car.

We will explore the Green Social Complex, which includes a mosque, Silk Market, Green Mausoleum, Historical Bathhouse, and Ottoman house. We will visit local places for shopping. Bursa is well-known for having one of the largest manufacturing sectors in Turkey, providing you with opportunities to purchase items directly from manufacturing places, such as Turkish Delight, honey, jam, and preserved goods, among others.

After the tour, depart for Istanbul. We will drop off you to your hotel & overnight in Istanbul.

Day 5 (WEDNESDAY): ISTANBUL (B, L)

After breakfast, pick up from the hotel and begin the tour.

HIPPODROME, The center of sport activities with its four monuments; The GERMAN FOUNTAIN OF WILHELM II, Egyptian Obelisk, SERPENTINE COLUMN and the WALLED OBELISK.

BLUE MOSQUE The most famous mosque of Istanbul which is known as the BLUE MOSQUE as well because of its beautiful blue Iznik tiles.

HAGIA SOPHIA GRAND MOSQUE This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great, in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time.

GRAND COVERED BAZAAR In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths’ street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as handpainted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brasware and trays, water ewers, onyxware and meerschaum pipers.

LUNCH included

HAGIA IRENE CHURCH: Built during the same period (4th century) as its neighbour the Hagia Sophia. The name Hagia Irene Church means ‘’Godly’’ or ‘’Holy Wisdom’’ in Greek. After the conquest of Istanbul, it was incorporated into the grounds of Topkapı Palace and like many other churches was converted into a mosque. However, there were no major changes made to the building’s structure.

TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman Sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems, jewellery thrones of sultans, costumes worn by the sultans and their families; miniatures, the Holy Mantle; CHABER OF SACRED RELICS.

Transfer to the hotel & overnight in Istanbul.

Day 6 (THURSDAY): ISTANBUL DEPARTURE – HOME COUNTRY (B)

Breakfast at hotel and check out.

We will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to Istanbul airport (IST).
