DAY 2 Taipei         B, D

Your afternoon half-day tour includes visits to the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, Martyrs’ Shrine, and the National Palace Museum.  Pass by Presidential office, and take photo stop at The Grand Hotel, also visit Hsing Tian Kong (Xingtian Temple).  Tonight, Visit the ancient Long Shan Temple followed by a walk through the exotic Huaxi Night Markets, take photos of Taipei 101 from distance by stopping at Taipei City Hall, feast on steamed dumplings at the famous Din Tai Fung Restaurant.

DAY 3 Taipei – Pingxi – Taipei      B

This morning, explore Shifen’s Old Street and experience old tradition of releasing a lantern to the Sky at Pingxi; you will also visit the magnificent Shifen Waterfalls.

DAY 5 Sun Moon Lake – Kaohsiung        B

Drive to Kaohsiung, en route stop at the Foguangshan Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in Taiwan. Arrive in Kaohsiung and visit the Liu He Night Market and Night scenery of Love River.

DAY 7 Taitung – Hualien                          B

After breakfast, begin your exciting East Coast National Scenic Tour with visits to Xiaoyeliu, Sanxiantai, Shitiping and Fanshuliao. Known as “Taiwan’s last unspoiled land”, the coast stretches 170 kilometers down the east coast of the island. Visit Marble Factory and Exhibition Hall before proceed to Hualien for your overnight stay.
