ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arrival Osaka

One-way private pick-up transfer from KIX airport to hotel.

Hotel: 4* Granvia Osaka or similar (6 nights stay)

DAY 2: One-day Osaka walking tour. (L)

Morning departs from Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka.

Head to the Floating Garden Observatory via Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka after meeting with customers on the round-trip tour from Osaka.

Floating Garden Observatory. The open-air observatory overlooks the city of Osaka, Awaji Island, and Mt. Ikoma. Enjoy panoramic views from 170 meters above the city

Take a stroll around Umeda where changes continue, such as the opening of Umekita Park in 2024.

A Western-style set menu meal will be served.

Osaka Station – Osakajokoen Station (JR Local Train, non-reserved seat)

Board the Aqua Liner. Enjoy seeing the seasonal scenery with a cruise along the Ogawa River aboard the Aqua Liner water bus. See a view of the famous places and historic spots of Osaka from the river.

Visit Osaka Castle & Osaka Castle Park.

Head to Osaka Metro Temmabashi Station.

Temmabashi Station – Higashi-Umeda Station. (Subway, non-reserved seat)

Head to JR Osaka Station.

Around 17:45 Tour ends at Osaka Station. Please head to your next destination on your own.

DAY 3: Free at leisure 

DAY 4: One-day Kyoto & Nara Tour  (L)

One-day Kyoto & Nara Tour  (L)

Morning departs from Hotel Granvia Osaka.

After the meet-up, walk to JR Osaka Station. The tour will be guided by an assistant until reaching the Sunrise Tours Desk in Kyoto Avanti B1F.

Osaka Station – Shin-Osaka Station.

(JR Special Rapid Service, Rapid Service, or Local (non-reserved seat)) Public transportation will be used on this tour. All trains have non-reserved seats. Please note that seating is not guaranteed.

Shin-Osaka Station – Kyoto Station.

(JR Tokaido Shinkansen, non-reserved seat) Travel in comfort aboard the Tokaido Shinkansen (non-reserved seat). Please note that seating is not guaranteed as the non-reserved seating section will be used.

Arrive at Kyoto Station. Walk to Sunrise Tours Desk in Kyoto Avanti B1F.

Depart from the Sunrise Tours Desk in Kyoto Avanti B1F (across from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit).

A Western-style set menu meal will be served.

Kasuga Taisha Shrine – Main Sanctuary Special Visit. This Nara Period shrine is designated as a World Heritage Site. The deer of Nara Park are thought to be the shrine messengers. From 2025, the Main Sanctuary special visit area will be newly added to the itinerary. Visitors can get closer to the Main Sanctuary and view the hanging lanterns in the corridor.

Todai-ji Temple (Great Buddha) Nara Park

Kintetsu Nara Station – Osaka Namba Station.

(Kintetsu Railway, non-reserved seat) Public transportation will be used on this tour. All trains have non-reserved seats. Please note that seating is not guaranteed. *The tour will be guided by an assistant from Kintetsu Nara Station to Osaka Namba Station.

Around 18:30, tour ends at Osaka Namba Station. Please head to your next destination on your own.

DAY 5: One-day Hiroshima & Miyajima Tour   

Morning departs from Hotel Granvia Osaka.

Walk to JR Osaka Station together with the group. *An assistant will lead customers to the Shin-Osaka Station Shinkansen platform. There is no accompanying assistant while on board the Shinkansen.

Osaka Station – Shin Osaka Station.

(JR Special Rapid Service, Rapid Service, or Local (non-reserved seat). Public transportation will be used on this tour. All trains have non-reserved seats. Please note that seating is not guaranteed.

Shin-Osaka Station – Hiroshima Station (Nozomi Shinkansen, ordinary car, reserved seating)

The guide will be waiting for customers at Hiroshima Station. After meeting up, walk to Hotel Granvia Hiroshima.

Meet up with customers of tours departing from Kyoto and Hiroshima.

Head to Miyajimaguchi.

From Miyajimaguchi to Miyajima. Take the JR West Miyajima Ferry to Miyajima. The cruise offers an up-close view of Itsukushima Shrine’s large torii gate.

Head to Itsukushima Shrine. Behold the Miyajima Omotesando Shopping Street lined with over 80 shops as well as views of the Seto Inland Sea on the way to Itsukushima Shrine.

Itsukushima Shrine. A World Heritage site. Established in the 6th century, this shrine is one of Japan’s finest, and is famous for its beautiful Shinden-zukuri style structure (architecture representative of a nobles’ residence in the Heian period). The contrast of the green of Mt. Misen behind the lacquered shrine pavilion and the blue of the Seto Sea is beautiful and evocative of the underwater palace of Ryugujo.

Lunch at Miyajima (under guests’ own arrangement). Time for lunch is allotted on Miyajima. This region is known for oysters, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and conger eel rice bowl, which are available at many shops on Miyajima. Customers are free to enjoy their preferred meals.

From Miyajima to Miyajimaguchi.

Head to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.

Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park/Atomic Bomb Dome.

Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

Head to Hiroshima Station.

Hiroshima Station – Shin-Osaka Station. (Nozomi Shinkansen, ordinary car, reserved seating)

Shin-Osaka Station – Osaka Station. (JR Special Rapid Service, Rapid Service, or Local (non reserved seat)

An assistant will wait for customers at Shin-Osaka Station and lead them to Osaka Station. Public transportation will be used on this tour. All trains have non-reserved seats. Seating is not guaranteed.

Around 9pm, the tour ends upon arrival at Osaka Station.  Please head to your next destination on your own from Osaka Station

DAY 6: Free at leisure

DAY 7: Hotel check-out

One-way private transfer from hotel to KIX airport.
