ITINERARY
DAY 1 Arrive Kathmandu
Met on arrival and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2 Kathmandu B
Your full-day sightseeing includes visits to Swayambhunath Stupa, the holiest shrine for both Buddhists and Hindus; Bhaktapur Durbar Square, home of medieval art & architecture; Pashupatinath, world renowned Hindu temple drawing numerous devotees, sadhus and holy men from around the world and the Bouddhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the largest stupa in the world and the centre of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Optional: Scenic morning mountain flight to the highest peaks on earth including Mt. Everest.
DAY 3 Kathmandu – Fishling – Ghai Gat – Chitwan B, L, D
Drive for about 3 hours to Fishling (starting point for rafting) and after short briefing by the expert, start raft with the expert. Lunch will be serve at a resort. Continue rafting for 5 kms ending at “Ghai ghat” from where you will drive for another hour to Chitwan National Park (Jungle safari).

DAY 4 Chitwan B, L, D
Enjoy jungle activities (Elephant safari, canoeing, jungle walk & etc).
DAY 5 Chitwan – Lumbini B, D
Drive to Lumbini and embark on a half-day sightseeing tour. Lumbini is considered the most holy ground for the whole Buddhist world. Lumbini grove was erected by Magadhan emperor Ashoka, to commemorate the birth place of Buddha.

DAY 6 Lumbini – Pokhara (900m) B
Spend your morning with a sightseeing tour in Tilaurokot, the ancient Kapilovastu, seat of high culture believed to be the capital of Sakya Republic where the Lord Buddha lived and enjoyed his life for 29 years. After lunch, drive to Pokhara, an enchanting Himalayan city located at an elevation of 900m, at the foot of the highest mountain range in the world. Pokhara, known for its spectacular mountain views of the Himalayas, is the starting point for many of Nepal’s most popular trekking and rafting destinations.

DAY 7 Pokhara B
Spend your day sightseeing with visits to Barahi Temple, a two-storied pagoda located in the middle of Phewa Lake; Mahendra Gupha, a limestone cave known as House of Bats and the Devil’s Fall the gorge of the Seti River. Late afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Phewa Lake.
DAY 8 Pokhara – Kathmandu B, D
Drive back to Kathmandu for your city tour or extend your stay in Nepal with a trekking expedition to Mt. Everest found on page 67. In Kathmandu, tour includes visits to the Patan Durbar Square and the Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see the old palace of Royal Dynasty. Enjoy your last night in Kathmandu with a typical Nepalese dinner and a cultural show from different ethnic groups of Nepal.

DAY 1 Kathamandu ✈ Pokhara Nayapul Tikhedhunga (1545m) (6 hrs+) L, D
Fly to Pokhara and drive to Nayapul. Embark on a short and easy trek to Tikhedhunga, stopping at Hile for lunch.
Overnight: Lodge at Tikhedhunga.
DAY 2 Thikhedunga Ghorepani (2675m) (4 hrs+) B, L, D
Your trekking adventure begins with a steep climb towards Ulleri (2070 m). Continue your ascend through the luscious forests towards Banthanti (2250m) arriving at Nangethanti (2460m). Continue your trek to Ghorepani for your overnight stay.
Overnight: Lodge at Ghorepani.
DAY 3 Ghorepani Poon Hill Tadapani (2675 m) (8 hrs+) B, L, D
Take a 90 minute pre-dawn climb up to the Poon Hill for an unobstructed sunrise view over the whole Himalayan range and the surrounding rice terraces. Return to Ghorepani for breakfast before journeying towards Tadpani.
Overnight: Lodge at Tadapani.
DAY 4 Tadapani – Ghandrung (1950m) (4 hrs+) B, L, D
Descend towards Ghandrung for lunch. Ghandrung is a large Gurung village located above Modi Khola (river) with stunning views of Annapapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, and Machapuchre (Fishtail).
Overnight: Lodge at Ghandrung.
DAY 5 Ghandrung – Chumrung (1950 m) (4 hrs) B, L, D
Climb to Kimrong-danda (hill) for lunch and continue your trek to Kyunri Khola (river) towards Chumrung for overnight.

DAY 6 Chumrung Landrung (1646 m) B, L, D
Head towards Landrung with a 4-hour trek.
Overnight: Lodge at Landrung
DAY 7 Landrung – Birethani – Pokhara B
Continue your trek descending to Tolka with trail emerging into the main Modi hola Valley. Walk along the river bank to Birethani, continue to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara and enjoy a half-day sightseeing with a boat ride at Phewa Lake.

DAY 8 Pokhara – Kathmandu Departure B
Drive to Kathmandu Airport for departure flight.

DAY 1 Kathmandu ✈ Lukla Monjo (2652m) (5-6 hrs) L, D
Take the morning flight to Lukla (2860m) where you will begin your trekking adventure towards Monjo. Lunch is along the riverbank of Thada Kosi River. Continue to Phakding Village, passing small settelements along the way.
Overnight: Monjo ESL Lodge
DAY 2 Monjo – Namche Bazaar – Tashinga (3450m) (5-6 hrs+) B, L, D
Enter the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park. Climb up slowly to Namche Bazaar. A more challenging trek lies ahead beginning with a cross on two suspension bridges. Arrive at Namche Bazaar, the Khumbu district capital, built within a natural amphitheatre setting surrounded by peaks. Continue your trek to Tashinga.
Overnight: Tashinga ESL Lodge
DAY 3 Tashinga Thyangboche (3873m) (5 hrs +) Tashinga (5 hrs+) B, L, D
Today, we will trek to the famous Thyangboche Monastery. The monastery is set against a backdrop of some of Himalaya’s most brilliant peaks.
Overnight: Tashinga ESL Lodge
DAY 4 Tashinga Monjo (2652m) (6 hrs) B, L, D
Trek downhill through the forested path towards Monjo where you will spend the night.
Overnight: Monjo ESL Lodge
DAY 5 Monjo Lukla (2743m) (5 hrs) B, L, D
Trek back to Lukla, passing through the village of Phakding for a visit to Gumila Monastery. Continue on the main trail to Lukla.

DAY 6 Lukla ✈ Kathmandu (1300m) B
Fly to Kathmandu. Met on arrival by our local representative to collect any rented gears. Tour concludes in Kathmandu
